Kalpen has worked in Industry for over 20 years. He received exposure to many contemporary management practices having worked in some of the most competitive environments including Unilever India Ltd, Johnson & Johnson and Reliance Communications. He is an advisor to several prestigious Indian institutions and a member of the McKinsey Quarterly online Global Executive panel.
