Our Vision

We aim to be the number one choice for chemicals, plastics and related executive recruitment on a global basis. We’ll achieve this by combining the highest quality services with exceptional industry experience, understanding and networking power.

Why are we needed? Because, while the chemical sector is well supplied with dedicated business or technical consultants, it is not when it comes to recruitment, especially for more senior functional roles. This is in stark contrast to other global or technically demanding sectors (e.g. technology, financial) which enjoy a wide selection of dedicated recruitment firms. There are many reasons for this but the net effect is that in many consultancies, chemical assignments are dealt with by non-chemical experts. Coverage is normally limited to small parts of the industry or by geography or job function.

With increased global competition, staff shortages in many areas and constant economic change, the best people are getting harder to find. You need a recruitment partner that can ‘think outside the box’, really knows the industry and is broad enough the find the best people wherever they are. We launched in 2000 to do this.
