Interim Management

We can provide experienced senior chemicals and related executives covering a broad spectrum of disciplines to fulfil specific management roles on a short term basis (typically 3-12 months). These Interim Managers would usually be overqualified for the role and possess leadership, mentoring and influencing skills to deliver results quickly. These executives are objective, highly results oriented and can 'hit the ground running'.

Engaged for short, finite assignments, use of interim management in a company's strategy enhances the ability to 'make things happen' without compromising the efficiency of an organisation or normal staff progression. As such they are normally engaged in areas such as leadership in a crisis, business turnaround, gap or change management, acquisition integration, restructuring or specialist projects. Clients pay a simple daily fee. There are none of the normal employment costs or recruitment expenditures and appointments can normally be made swiftly, typically in not more than 10 days from enquiry to placement.
