The role is a pioneering sales and business development role and will form a major part in their exciting expansion plans.
The primary task will be to aggressively grow our client's business to the CASE sector, with a focus on industrial coatings, across the USA. Not only working with their outstanding range of current products, but also to expand this with new products to support their growth ambitions. This is an exciting role for an ambitious and pro-active professional, and reports directly to President.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic sales manager who is a science graduate, started their career in a technical role, but now has transitioned successfully to a sales role.
In addition the following is required;
Extensive experience of selling chemicals, polymers and additives to the CASE sector in particular coatings, but also skilled at identifying and developing new business
Natural entrepreneurial flair coupled with a real passion for sales and getting things done.
Ability to understand clients technical issues and translate these into sales opportunities
Outstanding communication and planning skills.
Willingness to travel extensively
Flexibility to work with a smaller more nimble and dynamic company
