We are a boutique search firm but with a global footprint to reflect the international nature of our clients. Our team are all former chemicals and related executives and our innovative structure means we can offer clients a global, cross-border search yet retain the nimbleness and flexibility of a small business.

Our core team is leveraged by a growing board of advisors who both endorse our business and provide additional firepower for our searches. They are either luminaries of the chemicals and related world or deep sector experts working as specialist consultants. Some are shown here, with a full team numbering 75+
